STAIRS!

So yesterday afternoon I was finishing up reading a book (called The Help... it was really good) and the baby had been crawling around downstairs. Zack decided he was bored downstairs and headed upstairs. Then he comes running down and asks if I put Trever on the stairs. I thought maybe HE had done it and was being silly. He "promised" he didn't put the baby on the stairs. I ran up to see where Trever was. Well, wouldn't you know, that little stinker was halfway up the stairs! We have a stairway that bends twice, so there are two landings in between the bottom and top floor. I couldn't believe he had gotten up there so I watched him for a minute and off he went up to the second landing! Brenden ran and got the video camera, and we got video of Trever going up the last little spurt of steps to the top. Then he went up the two steps into the bonus room! You can see at the stairs of the bonus room that there are two child gates turned sideways. Yeah, those don't work so well, and I guess it's time for me to go get a new gate!
