This year only Trever and Zack dressed up for Halloween. Brenden stayed at the house and handed out candy. I normally only do the church's Trunk or Treat, but this year I took the kids down the block and back. (We missed Trunk or Treat this year)
Trever was a dragon, and Zack was a pilot in the Air Force.
Trever had a hard time with the concept of trick or treating for the first few houses, but when he saw people hand over candy he quickly became converted, even if he only said "treeeaaat" (treat). At least he said "thank you" at every house, even if some were while he was running down the driveway.
Whenever someone in a scary costume came near us, Trever would look at them and then tell them they were scary. LOL Trever is terrified of dogs, so it was funny that at one house he was barking back at the dog before they opened the door.
In this picture he's pointing at some skull heads and pumpkins that the Warr's had in their yard.
Zack did such a great job holding Trever's hand as they came back down our street. Trever would go up to a house and then walk back to Zack or myself and say "hand" because he knew he had to hold someone's hand to walk down the street.
Trever would have eaten ALL of his Halloween candy last night if I had let him. I separated the candy into ziploc bags for each, and they get a couple a day. Trever loves to pick out his piece of candy and he yells "Mmmmmm! Nummy!!!"
