So today a group of us went to Cafe Rio for lunch. The one by Costco is now open! Yippeeee!
I totally brought my camera to take pictures to blog, but unfortunately I forgot until only 2 people were left. (bummer)
If you haven't tried their food before, you simply MUST! Their salads are the best.
(even if I chose the tamales today)

I love me some Cafe Rio... My new find since visiting Utah and can't wait to take my husband to try it out!
I never did ask you how the tamales were. My salad was so good and I wasn't even hungry for dinner!
i guess i need to try this..sometimes i don't get out much! j/k! Looks yummy!
