We got to have Thanksgiving twice this year!
A day or two before Thanksgiving, some good friends of ours invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner. It's always better to spend a great meal with great people, so we accepted the invite, and saved our turkey for another day.
(Ben wanted it soon since he wanted Thanksgiving leftovers!)
So what do you get when you mix...
with...
and...
and don't forget... ?
(even though I was lazy and did Stove-Top this year)
You get a plate that looks like this!
This was Ben's plate. I don't think he's a fan of gravy, do you???
And what is with the weirdos in my house that don't like cranberry sauce? I am the ONLY one in my family that will eat it!
There were also sweet rolls along with the cranberry sauce.
Oh, and for the first time in my married life I actually made a PIE! Now I've made pudding pies before, but not real fruit pies. Here's a glimpse at my peach pie!
Brenden asked why there was a heart on the pie, and I told him it was because it was made with love, or some cheesey, sappy thing like that! LOL

That looks so good. The pie is extremely impressive. How inspirational!
Yum - Jen. I too am a gravy fan. Can you tell? I am totally impressed with your pie, too. I have never made a "for real" pie either. Good job.
I am impressed! Stove Top is really the only stuffing I like so I would have enjoyed yours! I am not a big fan of cranberry sauce except on my turkey sandwiches!
Awe you did so GOOD! The pie is beautiful! xo

I'm totally impressed, especially with the pie, but what's with the stove top? ;)
I am super impressed with the pie. I had Thanksgiving at my house for the first time and it went okay. I bought my pie.
