I decided to attempt to make some white chocolate popcorn for the first time. Anyone who has had Danielle's white chocolate drizzled popcorn has experienced a touch of heaven. I'm not even a white chocolate fan. Not at all. But there is something so yummy about that sweetness with the salty popcorn. I was amazed at how easy it is to make. White chocolate, some oil, and pop corn. I only had light microwave popcorn or the movie theatre butter kind, and the recipe said not to use really buttery kinds, so I used the light and ended up tossing the popcorn with some sea salt (to add a little more flavor) after it was coated with the chocolate. I did try to add some food coloring to make the chocolate orange, but it didn't turn out dark enough. I added sprinkles last, just to make it pretty. :o)

Who is Danielle? Or is that a brand of white chocolate? I attempted to make popcorn with white chocolate on it and it was a FAIL!!! Mikele made me some TASTY stuff years ago when she was my VT...and then Tawny ate it when I was gone....I cried and Mikele brought me more so I could taste it.
(I joke...I didn't cry-but the rest of the story is true)
