Zack's karate studio (is it called a studio?) had a Child Safety day today. They had an ambulance there, face painting, and they talked to the kids about calling 911, strangers, and bullying.
Trever and Zack decided to check out the ambulance first.
Trev spilled water on his shirt. He is NOT sweating profusely from his chest. Ha ha!
Daddy was trying to help me get a picture of his face paint.
Trever was more interested in the punching bags. He was giving them a beat down.
Ben was thrilled to be there as usual. LOL
Trever found his perfect little spot!
Hopefully Zack will sleep tonight. He saw all of 3 minutes of the Stranger Danger video and he's completely freaked out now. He keeps saying he hears things and is scared a stranger is going to come in the house and get him. Oh boy!

Maybe it'll motivate him to get to a black belt so he can karate chop any intruders!!
