I like Zack's hair short. It's easier to take care of. He doesn't like any styling product so I've made a habit of keeping it nice a trimmed. Several months ago he told me he wanted to grow it out longer. I admit I wasn't a fan, but decided to let him. He could grow the top, but the sides and back still needed to be clean-cut.
So one day he comes upstairs with chops in his hair. I should have gotten a picture of that. I asked him why he did that when he had been growing his hair for months. He said he wanted it short again. I had to reiterate that cutting his hair was MY job, and NOT his. I shaved his head a #2, which is the equivalent of 1/4th of an inch. Not even an hour later he came upstairs like this:
He had taken scissors into his buzz cut! How on earth he chopped into that short of hair I will never understand. So we had to go all the way. I shaved his entire head. Bald. Good thing his hair grows fast!
